Coffee College
We hosted a Coffee College for our UK partners (employees) in our UK Support Centre (which some people call head office). The Coffee College is about connecting our people and our coffee. It brings together our sourcing experts, partners from our roastery and our coffee masters, along with an excited group of people (from stores to IT to Marketing). It’s an opportunity to explore all the care and expertise that goes into our customers favourite cup of coffee and have a bit of fun while were doing it!

y did i miss that:(((
Geezer from Canterbury store there ! Nice one, matey !
Loooved this! The participants are so charming.
I adore Starbucks coffee. I wasn’t always a fan but
I recently got a new job and Starbucks is the only place in the mall
with coffee. I love the Bold Picks! But it’s not just the coffee,
it’s the wonderful, cheerful service I get.
Really, this is wasted on the servers in Starbucks – what they need to do is go to Costa Coffee and watch a professional. Simples.
Tremendous enthusiasm shown by all ‘coffee masters’. They obviously know what they’re at!
Interesting. Didn’t know the difference between high and low grown coffee. Loved the young woman talking about slurping!
I didn’t know there was so much to it. Fascinating!
Wonderful to have a view on how the Starbucks baristas are taught by the coffee masters and those who grow the coffee beans. I agree with the previous comment about the slurping.
The laughter and enjoyment made me feel warm inside. And the LOOK of the coffees made me want to go taste some right away!
High and low coffee? My goodness you learn something new everyday. Well done Coffee Masters, slurp on!
Fairtrade as well.Fun staff on video. Slurping just like Mum does not want me to do..says the young woman who was showing us how to taste. Can also recycle the coffee grounds .
loved watching the enthusiasm of the participants! I love Starbucks and am a regular, but didn’t realize all the dedication that goes into it…really interesting!
Fascinating – it left me feeling full of beans!Looking forward to a houseful of ’slurpers’.Pleased that all your coffee is fairtrade.
