So all of the coffee is certified fairtrade? If so, good work!
I think you should introduce more organic ranges and support local produce more, I definitely agree with coming out and being open about what prices you pay for the milk etc.

I hada starbucks coffee today and it tasted like burnt mud, yum! The quality of the coffee is pretty bad and i’m very dubious about their fairtrade claims, seems i’m not the only one.

“Starbucks has been a target of protests on issues such as fair-trade policies, labor relations, environmental impact, political views, and anti-competitive practices.”
